La miniera di Germano e Irina
About This Spot
Stepping into La miniera di Germano e Irina feels like entering a well-loved corner of Setteville where the rhythms of daily life slow just enough for you to settle in. The space hums with a welcoming warmth—bright yet intimate, where the murmur of conversation blends effortlessly with the soft clink of cutlery and the inviting aroma of fresh pizza baking in the oven. It’s the kind of place where locals gather not just for a meal, but for a moment of shared calm amid a busy day.
The atmosphere here carries a gentle ease, neither rushed nor hush, with a friendly staff that moves attentively yet unobtrusively. Whether it’s a bustling Sunday or a quiet afternoon, you sense a steady flow that keeps the experience grounded in genuine hospitality. It’s that familiar feeling of landing somewhere that feels both lively and comfortably predictable, where every visit is a small rediscovery.
Food at La miniera di Germano e Irina is an honest celebration of Italian home cooking, served with generous portions that invite lingering around the table. There’s a sincere simplicity in the way each plate is crafted—from the steam of a perfectly cooked pasta to the satisfying crunch of a pizza fresh from the stone oven. The flavors carry the kind of reassuring depth that grows from good ingredients and thoughtful tradition, not fuss or flash.
Here, you might find yourself sharing classics made with care: rich tagliolini that cradle the sea’s bounty, pizzas that showcase rustic toppings melding into comforting peaks of melted cheese, or a lightly grilled arrosticini that speaks to the region’s heart. These moments of taste feel like warm extensions of the place itself—rooted, honest, and quietly joyful.
Visitors often leave with a sense of having been truly nourished—not just in the belly but in that way good company and a well-timed meal softly feed the spirit. It’s a spot for those who come hungry, not only for food but also for connection and the easy pleasure of a midday or evening pause.

Good Italian food for a fair price. We came here for the lunch deal and had a good time. The food is simple but the quality is good, portions are really big so come here hungry.

It was a busy Sunday for them, a lot of customers were not able to find a table for lunch but they served a good selection of food with no much delay and at very reasonable price.
